Lauren Sondel     Owner / Operations / Group Training    A Walnut Creek native, Lauren brings her working knowledge of client relations and operations to Framework. With a concentration on client services and growth, Lauren believes that our relationships with our clients and with each other is what makes Framework unique and differentiated. Watching Framework and the studio community grow and develop is what keeps the team constantly evolving and improving. At the age of 12 she got her first weight set and has been flexing in photos ever since. After moving to California nearly 10 years ago, she launched her career in fitness management and personal training. A deep love and passion for helping others and working with people of all skill types and abilities is what makes Jocelyn tick. The formula is simple - What makes a great trainer is the ability to adjust to each client using varying methodology. With a focus on functional and strength training, Jocelyn enjoys spending her days in the studio with clients old and new. Simply put, Framework Fitness is the "dream realized." April joined the dance team in high school and college while also learning gymnastics and circus arts.
